Halloween is better when the whole community is part of it. On Saturday, October 31, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Kunes CDJR of Sycamore is hosting a Trunk or Treat for families, neighbors, and anyone who wants to start the holiday with something fun.
What Is Trunk or Treat?
Trunk or Treat is a trick-or-treating event held in one spot, where candy is handed out from the trunks of vehicles. Kids can collect treats without going door to door, and parents can relax and enjoy the day. It is a friendly, easy way to celebrate Halloween in Sycamore.
Event Details
- Event: Trunk or Treat
- Location: Kunes CDJR of Sycamore
- Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026
- Time: 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Highlights: Complimentary candy, two food trucks, and complimentary battery testing
Complimentary Candy for Trick-or-Treaters
Costumes are encouraged, and the candy is on us. Kids of all ages are welcome to stop by, say “trick or treat,” and fill their bags with complimentary treats. Bring the whole family and make a day of it.
Two Food Trucks Will Be On Site
Between the candy and the costumes, you might work up an appetite. Two local food trucks will be parked at the dealership, so you can grab lunch or an afternoon bite without leaving the event.
- The Signature Grill brings fire-grilled flavor to the lineup.
- Jah Love Jamaica, from DeKalb, serves authentic Jamaican food. Their motto says it all: “If it ain’t spicy it ain’t Jamaican.”
Stop by both trucks and try something new while you are here.
Complimentary Battery Testing
Cooler fall weather is hard on car batteries, and a weak battery often shows itself on the first cold morning. While the kids collect candy, our team will be on hand to offer complimentary battery testing. It only takes a few minutes, and it can give you peace of mind before winter. There is no obligation, and you can get it done while you enjoy the event.
Join Us on Halloween
Kunes CDJR of Sycamore is proud to be part of this community, and events like this are a great way to say thank you to the neighbors who make it special. Come hungry, bring the kids, and bring your costumes.
We hope to see you on October 31 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
