2027 Chrysler Pacifica: What Changed, What Stayed, and What to Know
DeKalb County families can look at the refreshed 2027 Pacifica, with a new front end, a new LX entry trim, and Stow 'n Go seating on most trims.
The 2027 Chrysler Pacifica is a refresh, not a redesign. It gets a new exterior look with the new Chrysler badge, vertical LED projector headlights, and an illuminated grille. A new Pacifica LX trim replaces the Voyager, and the plug-in hybrid is gone, so every 2027 Pacifica runs on gas. (The details below reflect what Chrysler and Stellantis had published as of mid-October 2026; ask us to confirm any specific Pacifica.) Here is what changed, what carried over, and how the trims compare.
2027 Chrysler Pacifica Changes vs. 2026
The most visible change is the front end, and an adjustable-height power liftgate is now standard on every trim. Chrysler also added new safety features and enhanced exterior lighting.
The lineup changed too. The Pacifica LX is a new entry trim that replaces the Chrysler Voyager, and Chrysler has confirmed that the Voyager name will not return for 2027. The Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid was discontinued earlier in 2026 as part of a broader Stellantis shift, so there is no hybrid for 2027.
What Stayed the Same
The Pacifica keeps its 3.6L V6, which makes 287 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque, and its nine-speed automatic transmission. It still seats seven or eight passengers, and every trim except the Pinnacle still offers Stow 'n Go seating and storage for the second and third rows, a feature Chrysler calls class-exclusive. All-wheel drive remains available on every trim except the LX, which comes only with front-wheel drive.
2027 Chrysler Pacifica Exterior and Lighting
The refresh centers on a new front end. The Select, Limited, and Pinnacle trims get vertical LED headlamps and an illuminated grille, built around a new illuminated Chrysler wing badge. Chrysler says the new projector headlamps improve low-beam performance by 20 percent and high-beam performance by 25 percent. On the Limited and Pinnacle, the lights play a welcome animation when the van wakes up.
Eight wheel designs are available, including new 18-inch and 20-inch designs for the Limited and Pinnacle. The 2027 Pacifica debuts a new Olive Green paint color, and the S Appearance Package offers a blacked-out look.
2027 Chrysler Pacifica Interior
Inside, new accents lift the cabin on every trim. The Pinnacle goes further with an exclusive Blue Agave Nappa leather interior, Copper Alloy bezels in place of chrome, and the Ultra Console, which blends into the instrument panel with two levels of storage.
Stow 'n Go Seating and Cargo Space
Stow 'n Go remains the Pacifica's signature feature. Chrysler says the Pacifica is the only minivan whose second- and third-row seats fold into the floor, creating a flat load space of more than 140 cubic feet, and the under-floor bins add storage when the seats are up. The Pinnacle trades second-row Stow 'n Go for removable captain's chairs and keeps third-row Stow 'n Go as standard.
Technology and Family Features
For 2027, Chrysler split its old Uconnect Theater Group into two packages so families can pay only for what they use. The Family Tech Group bundles an upgraded audio system, Uconnect 5 navigation on a 10.1-inch display, an eight-way power front passenger seat, extra power outlets and USB ports, and the FamCAM interior camera, which shows the rear seats in a split-screen view and can zoom in on a rear-facing child seat. The Theater Group covers rear-seat entertainment, including Amazon Fire TV built in, seatback video screens, a multi-channel remote, and media inputs.
2027 Chrysler Pacifica Safety and Driver Assistance
The Safety Sphere package is standard on the Pinnacle and available on the Select and Limited. It includes a 360-degree surround-view camera and front and rear park assist with stop, and for 2027 it adds Turn Signal-activated Blind-spot View, which shows a live camera feed of the adjacent lane on the center touchscreen, and ParkSense-based Camera Activation, which brings up the right camera view when the sensors detect an object at low speed.
Powertrain, All-Wheel Drive, and Towing
The 3.6L Pentastar V6 and the nine-speed automatic carry over, making 287 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. Chrysler's all-wheel-drive system can send up to 100 percent of available torque to the rear wheels or to the wheels with the most grip, and it can disconnect the rear drive components when all-wheel drive isn't needed to reduce drag and save fuel. On all-wheel-drive models, the suspension adds a rear sway bar and more ground clearance. With the Trailer Tow Group, Chrysler lists a maximum towing capacity of 3,600 lbs.
A Quiet Cabin and a Smooth Ride
Chrysler worked to keep the Pacifica's cabin quiet. Active Noise Cancellation is standard on every trim, the windshield and front side windows use laminated acoustic glass, and triple door seals keep out road noise. A four-wheel independent suspension and a body structure built from high-strength steel, aluminum, and magnesium round out the ride.
2027 Chrysler Pacifica Trims
The LX, formerly the Voyager, is the new entry trim, with front-wheel drive only, power-sliding doors, and heated seats and steering wheel. The Select adds the new front end, available all-wheel drive, and available eight-passenger seating. The Limited, which Chrysler calls the biggest value gain in the lineup, adds a welcome light animation and available 18-inch and 20-inch wheels. The Pinnacle tops the lineup with the Blue Agave Nappa interior and Safety Sphere as standard.
2027 Chrysler Pacifica Price
Chrysler lists the 2027 Pacifica at a starting MSRP of $41,595 for the LX, which comes with front-wheel drive only, before taxes, title, registration fees, and the $1,995 destination charge. All-wheel drive adds $2,995 on the Select, Limited, and Pinnacle, and starting prices do not include options, so many vehicles on our lots cost more.
